By using MusicForge AI (“the Service”), operated by SymplyAI, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. Service Description
MusicForge AI is an AI-powered music generation tool that creates original audio tracks from text descriptions. The Service uses third-party AI models (fal.ai) to generate content based on your input prompts.
3. Free and Pro Tiers
- Free tier: 3 track generations per day. Generated music is for personal, non-commercial use only.
- Pro tier ($9.90/month): Unlimited generations with priority processing. Generated music may be used commercially in videos, podcasts, games, and other creative projects.
4. Generated Content Rights
Music generated by MusicForge AI is created by artificial intelligence and may not qualify for copyright protection in all jurisdictions. Pro subscribers receive a license to use generated content commercially. We do not claim ownership of content you generate. However, identical or similar outputs may be generated for other users given similar prompts.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service to generate content that infringes on others’ rights
- Attempt to bypass rate limits or abuse the generation API
- Use automated scripts to mass-generate content without authorization
- Misrepresent AI-generated music as human-composed in contexts where disclosure is required
- Use the Service for any illegal purpose
6. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities. Generated content quality may vary.
7. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
