MusicForge AI (“we”, “our”, “us”) is operated by SymplyAI. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our AI music generation service at music.symplyai.io.

2. Information We Collect

• Text prompts: The music descriptions you submit are sent to our server and forwarded to fal.ai for AI processing. We do not store your prompts after generation is complete.
• Usage data: We collect anonymized usage analytics (page views, feature usage) via Google Analytics 4 with consent mode. Analytics cookies are only set after you accept our cookie consent banner.
• Payment information: If you subscribe to Pro, payment is processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full credit card number.
• IP addresses: We temporarily process IP addresses for rate limiting to prevent abuse. These are not stored persistently.

3. Data Processors

We use the following third-party services to operate MusicForge AI:

• fal.ai — AI model inference provider. Processes your text prompts to generate music. Privacy policy: fal.ai/privacy
